Bill Steadman
President
Bill has been a landscaper since 1996, when he began working for the previous owner of the business. He first started as a snow shoveler, learned how to plow, then mow lawns, and from there it took off. As the owner, Bill does – everything! He works closely with his crew, his wife and his customers to ensure that all of the services are done timely and to the customer’s satisfaction. Bill also does specialty projects and especially enjoys designing landscapes including flower beds, patios and stone walls. He is an avid lover of dogs and is a volunteer Firefighter/EMR with the Williston Fire Department.
Nick Tetreault
Supervisor
Nick is a native Vermonter and a resident of Shelburne with his wife and several pets. He has worked for Top Dog since August 2007. Nick provides all aspects of ground maintenance, summer and winter, and he most enjoys making a striped lawn look sharp! He supervises the entire crew, manages the weekly schedule, and oversees the qualitative elements of the business (ensuring all services are done thoroughly and well). Nick is the primary contact with customers on site, so please come see him if you have questions or needs.
Sean LaPrad
Landscaper
Sean has been with Top Dog since June 2018. He lives in Shelburne and learned about Top Dog through his friend, Nick. Sean provides all aspects of ground maintenance, summer and winter.
He is interested in learning more about green friendly fuel and fuel alternatives.
Talya Tetreault
Treasurer
Talya has been around Top Dog Landscaping since August 2007 when her husband, Nick, joined the company. She manages all of the financial and clerical aspects of the business including contracts, billing, payroll, and human resources.
